Prof. Windy Dryden, Supervisor, AEI , NY Emeritus professor, Goldsmiths College, London He has been practicing REBT since 1974 & training in RE&CBT since 1984. He has authored more than 200 books in REBT and CBT. He conducts training in different parts of the world. 

 

Swati Khanolkar, Training Faculty Level II, AEI, NY Director of In Vivo- Mumbai Centre for REBT She has been practicing since past 12 years in Mumbai. She conducts regular REBT training programs for students and professionals in psychology, individual counselling, self-help workshops, and group therapy sessions. 

(The Albert Ellis Institute is officially approved by the American Psychological Association (APA) to provide continuing education for psychologists.)

Eligibility:

  • Open to psychologists, counselors, social workers, physicians, nurses, and graduate students. 
  • Minimum qualification for certificate candidacy is a master’s degree in psychology or counseling, M.S.W., M.D., or R.N. Other helping professionals (e.g., alcoholism counselors) as well as those who have a bachelor’s degree in psychology or counseling may be eligible to participate in the full Practicum but will receive a Paraprofessional Certificate.

Certification:

At the end of this training, participants will be asked to complete an exam. A passing grade on the exam (70%), along with satisfactory reviews by supervisors from the peer counseling sessions will result in the Advanced certificate (You can Practice REBT Globally)

  • All certificate e-copies are processed by AEI, NY and not by In Vivo.
  • Processing of the certificate E-copy takes a minimum 3 months.
  • Any changes or delay in the processing of certificates is subject to some variables at the end of the AEI.
