By using In Vivo’s counselling services or website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any part, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

In Vivo provides counselling sessions (individual, couple, family), therapy workshops, and professional training

We use evidence-based methods such as REBT and Single-Session Therapy.

3. Client Commitment and Attendance

Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes and are scheduled by mutual agreement

Regular attendance and timely arrival are crucial for effective progress

Please inform at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations; late cancellations may be charged.

4. Fee and Payments

Session fees and accepted payment methods will be communicated in advance

Payments are due as per the agreed schedule (per session, monthly, or package)

Fees are subject to periodic review. Any changes will be communicated ahead of time.

5. Confidentiality and Exceptions

All client information is confidential. Exceptions include:

Legal obligations to disclose (e.g., court orders)

Risk of harm to self/others

Explicit client consent.

6. Scope of Practice and Ethics

Counselling is provided by qualified professionals within their scope of expertise

Services are intended for emotional and psychological well-being, not for medical emergencies. For crisis situations, please contact emergency services immediately.

7. User Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and inform us of any changes

Unsuitable behavior (e.g., harassment, abuse) towards staff or other clients may result in termination of services.

8. Website Usage and Intellectual Property

All content on invivo.co.in (text, images, resources) is owned by In Vivo and protected by copyright

Content may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission

9. Limitation of Liability

In Vivo strives for high standards but does not guarantee outcomes or results from counselling

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services (except as required under Indian law).

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be amended periodically. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
